How We Work
All of our projects are completed using a tight working relationship with our clients. Our working relationships are based on mutual trust. The objective is simple - we want to help your business to prosper and in turn, that will help ours.
We work with you using the Complete Computer Project Methodology (CCPM). This is a framework which allows you, our consultants and partners to develop tailored solutions as efficiently as possible, ensuring a clear return on investment for you. Our core focus is on your business objectives and we will create a tailored solution that meets your requirements. We use the CCPM to identify and solve key issues, and to develop structured and progressive plans to implement the solution. The CCPM includes four set stages of the project life cycle:

As a client, the first thing that will happen is that you will spend time with one or more of our consultants discussing your business, it's objectives and identifying areas of improvement and the services that will bring you benefits. Once we feel we have enough information, we will produce a proposal document and quotation along with an implementation plan.

During development projects we use a series of Rapid Prototypes rather than rigid specifications to arrive at a functionality you require. As you are consulted at every stage of the process and because of the prototyping, we are able to make changes to applications very quickly and resubmit them for you to test. We deal with evolving specifications everyday as business models change.

During infrastructure projects we will work as closely as possible with you, letting you know when each stage is likely to be completed and providing as much support as you require.

When we maintain content on websites we will work with your employees to ensure that content is maintained in a timely manner - we can also work with external companies to ensure your business runs as smoothly as you expect.
